Buying Tickets

Tickets for all upcoming shows are available through our online ticketing system. Simply visit the Shows page, choose a production, and follow the link to its ticket portal. You’ll receive confirmation by email, and we’ll have your name at the door when you arrive.

If tickets were purchased on your behalf, please provide the name of the person who made the booking when you check in. Primary purchasers should bring identification; while we don’t always request it, some performances or circumstances may require ID verification to ensure a smooth entry process.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable in accordance with our ticketing policy. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to pass your tickets to a friend or contact us if you have any concerns—we’ll always do our best to assist where possible.

Seating Layout

Most performances and events at Tempest take place in the theatre, which seats up to 80 guests. Seating is first come, first served, so arriving early ensures your choice of location before the show begins. We recommend selecting your seat first, then visiting the lounge for beverages and other offerings before curtain.

Some special events and immersive productions use alternate layouts, and guests will receive details specific to those experiences in advance.

Accessibility

The main theatre level at Tempest is wheelchair accessible, including a fully accessible washroom. Ramp access to the building is available from the rear parking lot, which can accommodate up to four vehicles. Because this lot is typically reserved for production staff, we ask guests requiring ramp access or accessible parking to contact us in advance so we can make alternate arrangements and ensure space is available for unloading.

Please note that some areas of the building, including the lower lounge, are reached by stairs and are not ramp-accessible. Our staff and volunteers are happy to assist guests who have difficulty with stairs—whether by serving beverages from the lounge or helping with other needs during your visit.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Tempest Theatre does not offer refunds or exchanges except in the rare event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

If you can’t attend, another guest may use your ticket, but please contact us ahead of time so we can confirm the change on our door list. This helps us keep check-in smooth and ensures that everyone is welcomed properly.

Full details of our refund and ticketing policy, including procedures for cancelled or postponed events, are available on our Refund Policy page.
