Inside the Self-Tape

Self-tapes are their own unique skill set. This workshop is designed to help you deliver clear, compelling, and professional auditions from your own space.

You will focus on both the technical elements and the performance choices that make a tape stand out, including framing, lighting, eye lines, sound, and background, alongside strong openings and closings, bold choices, and clear script analysis.

You will work hands-on with audition material in class, then create a self-tape at home using provided sides. Your tape will be reviewed with personalized feedback, so you leave with a clear, repeatable process.

The second session brings your work into the casting perspective, giving you direct insight into what is landing, what is not, and how to adjust in real time.

This is a fun, informative experience designed for all levels, whether you are just starting out or looking to refine your existing self-tape practice.
