Improv Workshop

Date: Sunday, October 6
Cost: $75
Where: Tempest Theatre and Film Society 125 Eckhardt Ave E., Penticton
Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Improv is a theatre tradition based on learning to think and act on our impulses, in the present moment and build scenes together.

Spend a dynamic day with a master improv performer. Build trust, confidence and comfort in presenting and creating scenes from nothing, a skill that can carry over into many aspects of life. You will work from the pillars of improv: say yes, listen, see where mistakes take you and make the other actors look good. Find the fun and funny and indulge in spontaneity, lateral thinking, story structure and character creation.
